PACKAGING: PLASTIC FREE!

Our unwavering commitment to sustainability and the environment shines through in our plastic-free packaging approach. When you receive our exquisite ceramics, rest assured they are thoughtfully packed in recyclable and biodegradable materials. In our dedication to reducing waste, we also take the eco-friendly route by occasionally reusing packing materials, like peanuts, sourced from trusted vendors. Every UK delivery from us includes a thank-you card crafted from wildflower seed paper, encouraging you to contribute to the growth of vital habitats for bees and insects. With us, you not only acquire exceptional ceramics but also actively participate in our mission to promote sustainability, minimise plastic waste, and support biodiversity.

 

UK SHIPPING

All in-stock orders are shipped by Royal Mail with clear options at checkout, with a flat fee per service. Delivery can take up to 4 weeks, but in-stock orders will arrive within 3-4 days of placing your order. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. For time-sensitive orders, email us and we'll do our best to meet your deadline.

 

INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE

International orders (EU and Worldwide) are shipped by Royal Mail International Standard or Tracked, taking 7 working days but allow up to 21 days for delivery. Note that customs and handling fees may apply, and are not included in the price. Buyers are responsible for any taxes and duties.

 

COLLECTIONS

Our studio is located in London (UB4 0EE) and we offer free collection by appointment. Select 'Collection' at checkout, and we'll reach out to book a timeslot.

 

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

As a small business, we encourage thoughtful purchases. However, if you're not completely satisfied, you have 14 days from receipt to return the item for a full refund (except shipping costs) provided it's in its original & unused condition.

Contact info@hyggeceramics.co.uk to start the return process. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility, and we recommend insuring the package and using a Tracked and Recorded Delivery service. If the item is damaged upon arrival, a refund will not be processed.

Refund will only be processed once we receive the products in the same condition as these were delivered. If the piece comes back damaged, your refund will not be processed so please ensure these products are packed well.

 

DAMAGED GOODS

If you receive a damaged item, please email us at info@hyggeceramics.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery. Email photos of the damaged item and packaging for us at info@hyggeceramics.co.uk to evaluate and arrange a replacement or refund.

 

RETURNS EXCEPTION/ NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Items that cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or Personalised products
  • Gift Cards
  • Seconds/Samples (clearly stated in product descriptions)
  • Workshops/Classes (non-refundable if unable to attend)

 

REFUND PROCESSING TIME 

Once a return is received and inspected, the customer will be notified of the refund approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please note that processing time may vary depending on the bank or credit card company.

 

RE-SELLING OUR PRODUCTS

For trade contract customers who are reselling our products, damages and broken items section does not apply to third-party deliveries. Our liability ends upon delivery in good condition. If no response is received within 24 hours of delivery, it will be assumed that the goods were delivered in good condition.
