Shipping policy

Shipment can take up to 3 days to 4 weeks depending on the handmade item/s you chose. In-stock orders will be delivered within 3 days. Once your package ships we'll send you a notification via email. If you ordered something that is time-sensitive, just email us. We'll confirm the timeline and possibility of moving your order up the line to make a Birthday or any special occasion deadline.

All deliveries are recorded delivery. Once your order has shipped you’ll receive an email notification with a tracking number. We are not responsible for stolen packages.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, if there is a delay in delivery, we will inform you well in advance. 

 

Collection

Our studio is in London (UB4) and we offer a free collection service by appointment only. Simply select 'Collection' at checkout and once your order is confirmed, we will be in touch with you to book a timeslot.

 

Shipping outside of the UK

Any state tax or customs duty is not included in the price. Buyers are responsible for paying state tax and/or customs duties.

 

Packaging

Everything that we use in packaging comes from the earth and goes back to earth. We care about the environment and we are proud to say that we are a sustainable & eco-friendly small business. All our packaging is made from recycled, recyclable, or biodegradable materials.
